The purpose of this organization: The YWCA of Edmonton is a charitable humanitarian association which support women and their families as they strive to reach their potential in body, mind and spirit.

What We do: YMCA Membership facilities include a wide range of activities such as certified swimming instruction, adult fitness and lifestyle programs, as well as children’s programs. YMCA Family Centres allow families to enjoy time together - children can swim, adults can attend fitness classes as well as use the Work-out Centre and younger children can be booked into babysitting or fun programs. We also provide counseling Services, Family Relief Services, YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Centre, Volunteers Services, and Y- Knit.
