2007 Position: Reporter/Anchor
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekend as required.
Responsibilities: Working as part of the CTV Edmonton News Team, this position will be responsible for a variety of assignments, which may include reporting, anchoring, writing, interviewing and presenting information to a television audience live and on tape as well as assisting with production of newscasts. Main Duties: Develop and organize ongoing work plans with each individual program. Evaluate the operations of all Nechi programs. Coordinate internal and external training and health promotions initiatives. Report and participate in management team processes. Supervise and monitor all program personnel and contractual staff. Establish distribution networks for programs and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Respond to inquiries from members of the business community and general public concerning health promotion and community enhancement opportunities. To establish a network of funding possibilities; and develop in accordance to individual criteria. Ensure ongoing relationship building with existing and new partners. Employment Requirements A bachelors degree in a related field of studies; and/or extensive managerial experience. Good strategic and business planning knowledge and ability. Experience working in the field of addictions and/or health promotions. Role modeling healthy lifestyle choices. Assets include: Experience as a training specialist and/or marketing field.
